Moto Ride India – Terms and Conditions.

Booking and Payment:
- To secure a seat on a motorcycle tour, a 30% deposit per Rider/Pillion is required within 7 days of online booking.
- The balance of 70% must be deposited 45 days before the tour departure date.
- Deposit payments: For payment options, please email: info@motorideindia.com
- All bank charges related to payment are the responsibility of the Rider/Pillion.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellation charges are applicable based on the following schedule:
- More than 45 days prior to departure: 10% of the total price.
- 30-45 days prior to departure: 25% of the total price.
- 16-30 days prior to departure: 50% of the total price.
- 0-15 days prior to departure: 100% of the total price.
- Refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request.
Additional Costs:
- Additional costs incurred during the tour are the responsibility of Riders/Pillions.
- The Organizer will communicate any extra costs due to unforeseen circumstances.
Single Occupancy Room:
- Pricing is based on double occupancy: 50% of a room’s cost is built into the base price of the tour for each rider. Riders who request a single room (or riders for whom we are unable to arrange a roommate) are required to pay the SRS, which covers the 50% of the cost of a room which is not shared by a roommate.
Participant Requirements:
- Participants must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid passport, required visas, valid Motorcycle License, International Driving Permit, and valid travel insurance covering motorcycle use.
Tour Changes and Itinerary:
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend the itinerary for smaller groups or due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Changes will be communicated to Riders, and extra costs, if any, are the responsibility of Riders/Pillions.
Liability, Personal Risk and Insurance:
- Riders are responsible for necessary travel and medical insurance covering personal health, belongings, and motorcycle use.
- Riders assume all risks and are responsible for their own welfare.
- The Organizer is not liable for any injury or loss.
Legal Jurisdiction:
- The contract between the Rider/Client and the Organizer is governed by Indian law and the Indian Judiciary System Standards.
Leaving a Tour Midway:
- No refunds are given if a tour is terminated early, and the Motorcycle Security Deposit is forfeited.
Motorcycle Damage Security Deposit:
- A safety deposit of US $300 is required before motorcycle assignment.
- Damages exceeding the deposit may be claimed separately.
- No charges will appear if no damages occur.
Etiquette and Protocol:
- Riders must conduct themselves respectfully and show courtesy to fellow riders and local residents.
Weather:
- Riders should be prepared for varying weather conditions during the tour.
Visa Requirements:
- Riders must comply with visa requirements for each country visited.
- Detailed information on visas is provided, and Riders are advised to plan accordingly.
Motorcycle insurance
The motorcycles are insured under Third Party as per legal requirements, but this does NOT cover anything. Accidents involving any humans, animals or vehicles (including our motorcycles) are not covered. The procedures are so cumbersome that insurance is paid as a legal formality and claims are never made or processed.
PHOTO AND VIDEO MATERIAL
Photos and videos produced by MA or its representatives during a trip are the property of MA and copyrights remain with MA. MA can use this material for promotional and advertising purposes, including images in which individual tour participants can be recognized, without any charge for the use of this material.
international air ticket
- The Organizer does not purchase international air tickets but provides guidance on necessary flight details.
Acceptance of Terms:
- By booking a tour with Moto ride India, Riders acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
